3. Customer Responsibilities

5. Estimates, Invoicing & Payments

All estimates provided are free and non-binding until approved in writing. Project pricing is subject to change based on material costs, change orders, or unforeseen conditions.

A deposit may be required before work begins.

Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to fees.

All payments are final and non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced.

6. Termination of Services

Chucky’s Drywall & Construction reserves the right to terminate or pause any project due to:

Non-payment

Unsafe worksite conditions

Client breach of contract

Any behavior deemed abusive or threatening to our team

7. Warranties & Limitations

All workmanship is covered by a limited warranty for a period specified in the project agreement, typically 1 year from completion.

This warranty excludes:

Normal wear and tearDamage caused by others or environmental conditions

Customer-provided materials

We do not warrant that the website or any online services will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Chucky’s Drywall & Construction be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Delays due to weather, labor, or material shortages

Changes in scope or unforeseen site conditions
